Spotlight on Blogs: BIBLIOMANCY

In this new installment of my occasional series spotlighting members of the Horror Blogger Alliance I would like to talk about horror author Jason Rolfe, his blog and online magazine.

Let's start with the blog, BIBLIOMANCY.  This is Rolfe's forum to discuss the books and author that he cares about.  Many horror blogs have large sections on movies, but as the name suggests, BIBLIOMANCY, is mostly focused on the written world of horror.

Here are some examples of things he has written about that are worth your time:

Rolfe does not post frequently on his blog, but that is because he is the Associate Editor of the online magazine Horror Bound, a literary magazine primarily for horror fiction, but they also feature dark fantasy, noir, thriller, and speculative fiction. They include short stories, poetry, art, book reviews and interviews with top talent in the field.

They are not kidding about the top talent interviews.  Currently, Horror Bound is featuring interviews with Joe R. Lansdale, Ramsey Campbell, and Gary Braunbeck!

So take a few moments to look through all that Jason Rolfe has to offer horror fiction readers and the librarians who assist them.

  1. Thanks. This actually turned into hours of reading. And shame on me, I wasn't even aware of Jason Rolfe till now.
